Probation/You-Turn Recovery

You-Turn Recovery Court Docket is part of the Clinton County Court of Common Pleas. Those on adult probation, Intervention In Lieu of Conviction, or anyone with a pending felony can apply to the Court of Common Pleas to be accepted into You-Turn. Adult Probation

Adult Probation is responsible for conducting pre-sentence investigation (PSI) reports for the court.

You can call our office at 937-382-8686 to schedule one if directed by the court.

You will need to fill out the PSI packet and bring it to you appointment.

Felony Conviction and Expunged/Sealed Record

If you or your attorney has filed for a felony conviction or charge to be either expunged or sealed, you can call 937-382-8686 to set up an appointment to have the record investigation completed.

Please fill out the same PSI Packet to the left under Adult Probation for that investigation. You will need to bring the completed packeted to your appointment.

Intervention in Lieu of Conviction

Intervention in Lieu of Conviction (IILC) is supervised by the Adult Probation. If you are interested in IILC please contact your attorney for more information about qualifications to be granted IILC.
